Module 6 Graded Discussion

It is unlikely you will ever have data for an entire population. We have to make predictions, fit distributions, and make decisions based on samples of the population. Sampling is important in practical statistics.  You are going to get personal with the AI and ask the question:

I am studying sampling in statistics. What are the most important concepts concerning using samples to determine the nature of a population?

You will likely get a pretty large result (that you will copy/paste to your post in the correct format). The more important question is: Does this make sense to you? The most challenging concept is that of the central limit theorem - that samples, regardless of type, approach a normal distribution as the sample size approaches the population.

Another confusing question can be given as "You create 100 widgets, you sample all 100 widgets, is this a sample of the population or the population?" What is your answer?
