Assignment 6 - Prediction and Confidence Interval

A tech company wants to estimate the percentage of its users who are satisfied with a new software update. They randomly survey 500 users and find that 350 of them are satisfied. They have been using this satisfaction rating in their advertising. 

1. Construct the 90%, 95% and 99% confidence intervals for the true proportion of satisfied users.

2. What is the best way to visualize this data? Create this visualization. 

3. A second survey was performed by an independent agency with 500 users, and the second survey had 150 satisfied users. 
   Do you suspect a problem?
   What would be your recommendations? 

Do this in the form of a memo to the administration that gives your concerns, recommendations, and justifies these recommendations.
